OT Tennis Academy

Developing the next generation of tennis players — from first-time beginners through top-ranked juniors. Directed by Mexico National Champion Omar Trevino.

Omar Trevino — Academy Director

Built by a Champion, for Champions

The OT Tennis Academy was founded by Omar Trevino, who began training at age 13 at Gary Kesl's academy in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He went on to win Mexico's National Championship in both the 16's and 18's divisions, achieve a top 20 ranking in Florida, and earn a Division I scholarship to the University of South Alabama.

With over 15 years of coaching experience, Omar has built the OT Tennis Academy on the belief that every junior player — regardless of starting point — deserves the same quality of instruction he received. The result is a structured, professional program that has produced multiple top-ranked juniors in North Texas.

The Whole Player

Technical skill alone does not make a champion. The OT Tennis Academy develops technique, athleticism, tactical intelligence, and — perhaps most importantly — mental toughness. Our players learn how to compete under pressure, how to problem-solve on the court, and how to win with discipline.

Technical Foundations

Proper grip, stroke mechanics, and footwork built on sound fundamentals that scale with a player's development.

Tactical Intelligence

Match strategy, point construction, pattern recognition, and the ability to adapt during competitive play.

Mental Toughness

Competitive mindset, pressure management, and the resilience to fight for every point — skills that extend far beyond tennis.

Find the Right Track

Multiple program formats designed to fit different schedules, goals, and levels of commitment.
